Prof. Augustine Adams is looking for students interested in a Spanish film class:BASE (Boston Area Spanish Exchange) will offer a Spanish language through film class at Boston College Law School for four weeks in February and March. Gathering a small group of students and/or faculty (up to ten) to participate in the class. At this point, it's likely the class will be on Monday evenings probably from 6:15 to 9:00. A description of the four films and the course is at http://www.spanishclassesboston.com/film.shtml. The cost is $137/person. There may be an option to extend the class for more weeks, if enough people are interested. If there is enough interest, the classes are likely to begin February 11th, February 25th, March 3, and March 10 (with February 18th off because of President's Day). If you are interested in participating, please let me know ASAP.The course has been prepared for high intermediate to conversational students. BASE asks all participants in the course to complete BASE's online Written assessment (http://www.SpanishClassesBoston.com/assess.shtml). Ideally, we'll also have an oral assessment for each student, but I'm not sure yet how to work that out logistically.Don't hesitate, please email Professor Augustine-Adams as soon as possible if you are interested! kif.augustine-adams.1@bc.edu
