Information is given to each student regarding participating employers' hiring criteria, offices/cities for which employer is interviewing, and J.D. year/s required by that employer. Students are afforded the opportunity to have their resume submitted to 12 employers. The resumes are collected by the Job Fair committee and forwarded to the employers. Employers are asked to pre-select eight students with whom they wish to interview, or one-half of their interview schedule. The remaining one-half of the schedules are filled based upon student bidding, and by on-site matching at the Job fair to fill slots vacated by last-minute student cancellations. (Please note that the focus of the event is minority law students, but it is open to all second and third year law students seeking positions in Delaware for the summer of 2010 and fall of 2011).

You will be eligible for an invitation if two or more of those employers wish to interview you.
